For producers
Script Doctoring - Brainstorming:
I review, annotate and analyze briefs and screenplays to identify core intentions, areas to explore, and a clear creative direction. Objective: to strengthen the project’s coherence and elevate it to its highest creative and commercial potential, while fully respecting the client’s goals and constraints.
Artistic Direction:
I develop narrative concepts aligned with a producer’s editorial line or strategic positioning,
for example by adapting a story to its intended distribution platform. I conduct an in-depth assessment of a project and propose a coherent action plan to establish or reinforce its artistic direction.
Artistic Mediation:
I help teams clarify artistic intentions and individual roles in order to build a shared creative language. Through dialogue, I identify misunderstandings and creative blockages, then guide the group through working sessions that reframe objectives and generate concrete solutions. I facilitate decision-making by presenting options and outlining their implications. I also collaborate with a wide network of organizations, cultural partners and consultants whose complementary expertise strengthens the artistic vision of each project.

For writers, directors and screenwriters
Script Doctoring for Screenwriters and Directors:
I read a screenplay or project and identify its underlying intentions, shifts in tone, and unexplored narrative paths.
I suggest specific references (films, scenes, essays, artworks) that enrich the project’s imaginative field, and analyze the coherence between what the work intends to say and what it produces symbolically. I place the project in dialogue with contemporary issues: representation, politics, social and ethical questions, and reception.
Artistic Support to Unfold Singularity and Creative Strength:
I identify blocks (fears, automatisms, limiting beliefs) that restrict the artistic process: writing, directing or project development.
I help clarify priorities: what is essential, what can evolve, and what needs to be let go. This is a personal, reflective form of support that helps artists step back, gain clarity, and better understand what they want to express.
Public Speaking & Pitch Coaching:
Whether preparing a pitch, an audition before a selection committee, or a public talk, I guide work on intention, voice, grounding, rhythm and quality of listening, through concrete, tailored exercises in one-to-one sessions.

For directors
Casting consulting
I work closely with directors to understand their vision of the script and the different roles.
Based on this, and using the script as a starting point, I design sessions that allow the creative team to gain a thorough understanding of the actors and their potential in the role.
On set, Acting Coach
On set, I support the directors and actors to ensure everyone can work in a safe and supportive environment. I rephrase instructions to create an atmosphere of trust and open communication.
I help cultivate teamwork and a climate of trust for the entire cast.

For actors
Acting coach
I work individually with actors to help them prepare their self-tapes, callbacks, and the roles they've been assigned. I adapt my approach to each actor to help them progress. The idea is to create a safe space where they can explore and invent new forms of interpretation. Through careful work on the body, voice, and the character's imagination, the actors enter into a dynamic process that matures and enriches their craft.
